   Where do you begin the story of a man's life? Is it when he is born raging against being thrust into the world? Or is it that one moment that defines his future? For David Thayne, life began in silence. His rage against death echoed throughout the ages.
    The Court of King Edward III: At 19, David became a pawn in the king's deadly game of political manipulation and intrigue. At 26 the game will cost him everything and set him on a life unimagined.
   The old woman placed a ring into his hand and gifted him a wish. "Be warned," she said. "Words have power! Think carefully before you make your wish." David thought the gift a lovely trinket and forgot the warning over time. A mistake that would change his life for EVERMORE!

A Little Bit About Me

    The Falcon & The Rose came into the world as a screenplay. Although it was never produced, it gave me an entry into a short stint in Hollywood. I entered the script, then titled THE RIDDLE, in the Nicholl Fellowship Competition, where it made it to the quarter-finals. That caught the interest of several producers in my body of work, and eventually, I worked with Orr& Cruikshank at Disney Studios on a couple of projects. One of those projects, CHRISTMAS IN WONDERLAND, was produced in 2008 by a Canadian Studio.

    I still have hopes that THE FALCON & THE ROSE will become a limited series one day. But I have always wanted to make the story into a novel where I have control of every aspect of the story. It has been a work of love and writing it a joyl

I currently live in Tennessee with my husband, Gary, and our English Springer Spaniel, Bella. I'm originally a California girl, but moved to Tennessee to be near my sister and daughter.
